Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : (a) To submit e-Tender renewed updated enlisted contractors in any Government organization who are registered in the National e-GP System portal and (http//www.eprocure.gov.bd) will be eligible. (b) Liquid Asset is BDT 20.00 Lakh. (c) The minimum specific experience as a Contractor in Construction works of at Least (1) One contract(single) of similar nature of Building Construction Works from Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh successfully completed within the last (05) Five years (FY 2020-2021 to FY 2024-2025), in a single work order of minimum value at least BDT 23.00 Lakh. (d) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than BDT 22.00 Lakh within the last (05) Five years (FY 2020-2021 to FY 2024-2025), years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT. (e) Tender security/Performance Security will be submitted through bank draft or pay order from any schedule bank of Bangladesh. (f) Up to date Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate, TIN Certificate and NID.
