Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : Noticea) Reputed Contractors /Construction firms who have minimum 05 years of General Experience in construction works.b) The minimum specific experience of similar nature of works for the tenderer shall be at least one (1) number amount TK 04.80 lakh in any Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization (successfully completed) within last 05 years.c) The Minimum amount of Liquid Asset i. e. working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be BDT 05.50 Lakh (The liquid asset certificate issued before IFT publication date will not be considered for evaluation).d) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. (12.80*5) = 64.00 Lakh within the last (05) Five years,years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT. Only Payment certificate will be considered for the turnover calculation.(e) The minimum capacity shall be tk. 05.20 Lakh.f) The Tenderer must Submit Up to date Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate and Income Tax Clearance Certificate .g) VAT and AIT will be deducted as per latest governement instructions.
