Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : a) Reputed Contractors/ Construction firms who have minimum 5 years of general experience in construction works counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the News Paper.b) Having experience as a Prime Contractor in successful completion of at least one (1) number of similar contracts of 10.50 Lac completed during last 5 years.c) The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 5 financial years of Tk. 10.50 Lac. d) The minimum amount of liquid asset of the tenderer shall be Tk. 10.50 Lac .e) The tenderer must possess ;i) Up-to-date income tax clearance certificate.ii) Valid VAT registration certificate.iii) Up-to-date trade license.f) Tender must have updated renewed licence from their respective government organisation.g) Other required eligibility and conditions of the tenderer are shown in tender data sheet of tender documents.h) Terms & Conditions as stated in PPR 2025 and PPA 2006 will be followedi) Abnormal rates are not acceptable in all items of this tender. According to PPR-2025, if a bidder submits such an abnormal bid. TEC is not bound to accept the lowest rate proposal .If the Conditions mentioned in the request for notice are not met, TEC can make the tenderer Non-Responsive.
