Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. At least 02 (two) satisfactory completion of contracts of "Civil Construction Works / Building Maintenance Works" of individually at least of Tk 45,00,000.00 (Taka Fourty Five Lac) only as a prime contractor over a period of Five years shall be required under any government, semi-government or government autonomous institution (years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System).2. The required average annual construction turnover shall be at least Tk. 60,00,000.00 (Taka Sixty Lacs) over the last five years under any government, semi-government or government autonomous institution (years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System).3. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be 21,00,000.00 (Twenty One Lac).4. The minimum capacity shall be Tk. 48,00,000.00 (Fourty Eight Lac) only.
