Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. Payment of work will be made on available of budget & fund release. For this no Claim/interest of Delaying of Payment will be entertain.2. The work of the package may be totally dropped, decreased or increased as per field condition/design for which no claim will be entertained for cancellation of the tender/Issuance of work order.3) Detailed list of work in hand/Ongoing works duly signed by the tenderer must be submitted.4) If any type of Structures/Obstacles is needed to dismantle to execute the Protective work as per Design and Specification, the bidder will do this at his own cost and arrangement. No extra claim will be entertained in this regard.5) Design may also be changed or modified (if required).6) The bidder will have to arrange adequate land for casting yard and stackyard at his own cost. No extra claim will be entertained in this regard.7) For casting purpose potable water and OPC cement must be used.8). Rules & Regulation of Traskforce must be Strictkly Fllowed by the contractor.9) Representative still picture & video of prework & postwork of same location will be taken by contractor and submit to Procuring entity at contractor's own cost. No claim will be entertrained in this regard10. Continuation of work could not be hampered for the reason of insufficient Budget Provision & Fund Allocation. The work must be completed within the stipulated time failure of which action will be taken as per Tender Clause & PPR-2008.
