Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : The tenderers who has the experiance in Govt./ Semi-govt./ Autonomous Organisations are stated below:(i) The contractor Should have min. 03 (Three) years general experiance in civil construction sector (ii) A satisfactory completion of civil construction work of at least Tk. 23.00 (Twenty Three) Lakhs under single contract over a period of last 05 (Five) years (iii) Average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 72.00 (Seventy Two) Lakhs in the best 03 (Three) years out of the last 05 (Five) years (iv) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk. 15.00 (Fifteen) Lakhs (v) The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk. 28.00 (Twenty Eight) Lakh (vi) Mandatory to submit audit reports for last one years showing profit, loss and balance sheet & (vii) Other documents as stated in TDS.
