Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. General Experience: The minimum number of years of general experience of the tenderer as Prime Contractor shall be 05(five) Years.(All experience should be in Goverment/ semi-goverment/state owned orgnization)2. Specific Experience: 1 similar civil work of Tk. 355,000.00 in last 5 years OR 2 works of Tk. 240,000.00 each in last 3 years.3. The minimum amount of liquid asset i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 355,000.004. The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk. 355,000.005. Required Documents: Updated Trade License, VAT Registration with updated clearance certificate, Income Tax Evidence (Return Acknowledgement or Certificate of 2024-2025) & Work Completion Certificate with Schedule proving authenticity of specific experience. (NOA/Work Order/Purchase Order not accepted).(JV acceptable. Subcontract as third party is not acceptable.)
