Eligibility of Tenderer : a) To submit e-Tender renewed updated enlisted contractors in any Governmentorganization who are registered in the National e-GP System portal and(http//www.eprocure.gov.bd) will be eligible.b) Liquid Asset is 10.50 Lakh. c) The minimum specific experience as a Contractor inConstruction works of at Least (1) One contract of similar nature of Electrical works from the Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladeshsuccessfully completed within the last (05) Five years (FY 2018-2019 to FY 2023-2024), ina single work order of minimum value at least Tk.42.00 Lakh. d) The required averageannual Interior decoration turnover shall be greater than Tk. 17.00 Lakh within the last (05) Fiveyears (FY 2019-2020 to FY 2023-2024), years counting backward from the date ofpublication of IFT. e) Tender security/Performance Security will be submitted through bankdraft or pay order from any schedule bank of Bangladesh. d) Up to date Trade License,VAT Registration Certificate, TIN Certificate and NID.e) The Fees for downloading the e-Tender documents from the National e-GP Systemportal have to bedeposited online through any registered Bank's Branched up to 17:00 on 26/01/2025f) Further information and guidelines are available in the National e-GP System portal andfrom e-GP help desk (helpdesk@eprocure.gov.bd.)g) Any alteration, modification or cancellation of e-tender, no extra claim will be entitled.i) The Procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders withoutassigning any reason what so ever. j) The tenderer who have not completed the workwithin the stipulated time without valid reason, those contractors will not be considered asresponsive bidder
