  Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : As per TDS1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in theconstruction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or ManagementContractor shall be 05(five) years. i.e., years counting backward from the dateof publication of IFT in the News Paper.(a) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractoror Management Contractor in construction works under public sector of atleast one (1) number of similar contracts successfully completed during last 5(five) years.(b) Similar nature of work means completion of Repair & Renovation of Civil,Electrical works valued at least Tk. 6.50 (Six point five) lac in a single Contract underPublic fund. This is to be supported by work order/NOA and completioncertificate. Private Works will not be considered.2. The required Average Annual Construction Turnover (AACT) under publicsector shall be greater than Tk. 7.50 (Seven point five) lac over the last 05 (Five) yearsi.e., years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in thenewspaper. Average annual Construction turnover i.e., total certified paymentsreceived for contracts in progress or completed under public sector shall onlybe considered. Private works shall not be considered.3.
