Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be Five (05) years. counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in construction works under public sector of at least single number contract of similar nature (construction of Jetty/Gangway/dolphin Mooring), complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last Five years, each with a value of at least Tk. One Crore (1,00,00,000) only. (years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper)The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk. Seventy Five Lakh (75,00,000) only.The minimum capacity shall be: One Crore (1,00,00,000) only.The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk. Two Crore (2,00,00,000) only over the last Five (05) financial years. In addition to these the contractor has to comply by the required experience/documents stated in TDS, PCC and Tender Forms.
