    Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
    Eligibility of Tenderer : Tenderers Registered with e-gp and have valid Trade Licence, TIN number, VAT Registration, Nationality (NID), Power of attorney (In case of JVCA) & Business address, Declaration about legal capacity to enter in to the contract are eligible.(Special Note :1. All tenderers/firms must be registered with BPPA through the e-GP portal.2. All administrative orders regarding payment issued from time to time will be followed strictly.3. Payment will be made on the availability of funds.4. The scope of work/ contract price may be reduced depending on actual field conditions and fund Allocation.5. The contractor must visit the site and get acquainted with the condition of the site, the scope of work, and the available workspace before tendering.6. No fees will be provided for preparing and submitting the offer.7. Volume of work may be increased or decreased or totally dropped depending upon the actual field condition.8. The Contractor must take Still Photograph and Video of the work in progress on a regular basis.9. The Procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Tenders without assigning any reason whatsoever.)
