Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : All tenderer of Bangladesh who fulfill the qualification criteria as stated in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS) and Tender DocumentSpecial Instruction:1. The work may be totally dropped, decreased or increased. No claim or extra rate will be entertained for cancellation of the tender or issuance of work order with decreased quantity of work.2. The Tenderers with own responsibility and expense will visit and examine the Site and obtain all information that may be necessary for preparing the Tender and entering into a Contract for performance of the works.3. There is no land acquisition. The tenderer have to arrange the land for execution of works by his/her own initiatives. In this regard no claim will be entertained.4. Payment will be made subject to allocation & availability of fund. But the work must be continued and completed within the scheduled time and proportionate progress must be achieved. No extra claim will be entertained in this regard.5. Tenderers must submit all requisite documents viz.a) Work completion certificate during last five years, b) VAT certificate, c) Up-to-date income tax certificate, d) TIN certificate, e) up-to date trade license certificate etc.All tenderer of Bangladesh who fulfill the qualification criteria as stated in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS) and Tender Document. f) ESHS,ECoP,Letter of Acceptance of the World Bank-s Anticorruption Guidelines and Sanctions Framework given in section 7 and Section 8.
