Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 01. A satisfactory completion of same nature of works under Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous organization amounting not less than taka one lac fifty thousand (1,50,000/-) only as a prime contractor in a single contract/ work order within last three (03) years shall be required.02. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than at least taka three lac (3,00,000/-) only over the last three (03) years.03. The minimum amount of liquid assets or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be taka one lac fifty thousand (1,50,000/-) only which shall be supported by bank statement and the statement will not before tender publication date in the e-GP portal. Tenderer those who will submit credit facilities from the bank, they should submit Letter of Commitment for Bank's Undertaking for Line of Credit (Form PW3-7).04. The Tenderers whose trade license valid for Dhaka South City area, only they are eligible to submit bids for this tender.05. The Tenderer shall have legal capacity to enter into the Contract.06. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP.07. Joint Venture/Consortium shall not be eligible for this Tender.08.
