Tenderer must be competent in terms of legal, financial and technical qualifications as mentioned details in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS).b. The Tenderer must enclose with Tender :(i) Valid Trade License(ii) Up-to-date Income Tax Certificate(iii) Valid VAT Registration Certificatec.
