  Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. All the tenderers must be registered with the e-GP portal through BPPA.2. The tenderer should meet all of the criteria outlined in the TDS.3. The tenderer should submit their credit line facility/liquid assets certificate according to the attached format (Form PW2b). The credit line facility certificate format is attached in Section 7 of the TDS. Without a credit line facility or liquid assets certificate according to the attached format, the tenderer may be declared non-responsive.4. The tenderer must be enlisted with Satkhira WD Division-1, BWDB, Satkhira as a contractor for Works. Otherwise, the tenderer shall be declared non-responsive.5. Payments for executed work will be made upon the availability of funds. Any claim for the late payments will not be entertained. The quality and quantity of work shall be checked by the BWDB Task Force Committee.6. The contractor shall keep records of still and video pictures of the works before and after the completion of the works, at his own expense, maintaining the same angle of pictures.7. After completion of the tender opening process, if the authority is unable to download important documents from the tender that are considered for tender evaluation, the tenderer may be treated as non-responsive.8.
