Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be 5 years.2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor under public sector of at least one contract of electrical repair/renovation work successfully completed within the last 5 years, each with a value of at least Tk. 22.00 (Twenty Two) Lac.3. The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk. 20.00 (Twenty) Lac over the last 5 financial years.4. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or credit line(s) must be submitted by the Tenderers shall be Tk. 22.00 (Twenty Two) Lac in the prescribed form e-PW2A-8 published by BPPA.5. The minimum capacity shall be: 20.00 (Twenty) Lac.6. The Tenderer must enclose VAT registration certificate, up-to-date income tax clearance certificate, up to-date trade license, & return slip of Assessment year mentioned in TDS.7. VAT shall be deducted from the contractor's bill using the current NBR rate.8. All other conditions as mentioned in TDS & PCC of e-tender document must be fulfilled.
