The tenderer should submit the certificate of followings. a) Up to date VAT registrationb) Up to date income tax Certificate.c) Up to date Trade licensed) National Certificate.2. The tenderer should have completed similar type of contract having minimum valuation of Tk 8.75 Lac in single work in last 5(five) years.3. Minimum liquid asset Should be TK 8.75 Lac .4. The tenderer should have annual turn over for Tk 8.75 Lac in last 5(five) years.5. The final decision about the lowest responsive tenderer will be taken according the recommendation of TEC.6.Tenderers shall also have to fulfill the requirements of TDS & PCC.7.Authorization letter8. Rule 27(2) of PPR-2008 will be apply in case of front loading.9. Rule 98(8)(13) of PPR-2008 will be applicable.
