Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. Tenderer must be registered on e-GP Portal with a valid trade license, VAT & TIN certificate.2. Tenderer must submit similar nature work certificate, annual construction turnover certificate and liquid assets certificate.3.Tenderer must submit line of credit certificate in PW3-7 prescribed format which is to be uploaded in section 7.4. Additional conditions has been uploaded in section 7 and section 8 which must fulfilled by the tenderer.5. If the amount quoted by tenderer is more than 10% above or less than 10% below than the official estimated cost, the submitted tender will be treated as non-responsive.6. All the information, clarification and documents submitted by the tenderer must comply with declaration given.7. Tenderer shall own or have proven access to hire or lease of the major construction equipment-s, in full working order (required supporting documents must be submitted).8. The alignment of excavation may be shifted and volume of work may be changed as per field condition (Direction and Volume of river flow, Development of land along river etc.) before or during implementation of work.9. Issuance of Notification of Award is subject to approval by the competent authority after availability of fund.10. Certificate of Joint Venture must be accompanied by Joint venture Agreement.
