Project Name : Renovation and repair of record rooms in the office of the Deputy Commissioner
Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Sub-Contractor or Management Contractor shall be 05 (Five) years.2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Sub Contractor or Management Contractor in successful completion of at least 1(one) number of similar work of BDT 50(fifty) Lacs in a single contract in Government /Semi-Government / Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 5 (Five) years.3. The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 5 (five) financial years of BTD 60(sixty) Lacs. Only Payment Certificate(s) will be considered for calculation of average annual construction turnover.4. The Minimum amount of Liquid Assets or Working Capital or Credit Facilities shall be BDT 45(forty five)Lacs. Only. supported by Bank certificate should be counted 28 (Twenty Eight) days within the date of opening of tender.5. The minimum tender capacity shall be BDT 65(sixty five) Lacs.6. The tender must possess:(i) Up-to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificate from NBR(ii) VAT Registration Certificate(iii) Up-to-date Trade License(iv) Up-to-date Electrical Supervisory License & ABC License7. Pro-rata basis work program and Gantt Chart is to be submitted with tender.
