Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be 05 (Five) years.The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in construction works of at least 01 (One) contract(s) of similar nature successfully completed within the last 03 (Three) years, each with a value of at least TK. 16,00,000/- (Sixteen Lakh) under any govt., semi Govt. & Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh.The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than TK. 21,00,000/- (Twenty-One Lakh) over the last 03 (three) years.The minimum amount of liquid assets, i.e., only credit line(s) of the Tenderers shall be Tk. 22,00,000/- (Twenty-Two Lakh).Up to date Valid Trade Licenses as a civil construction contractor.Proper VAT, TAX Registrations Certificate as a Construction Firm.1st Class contractor license from PWD & LGED.Valid ABC Category Electrical Contractor License issued by Electricity Licensing Board. VAT shall be deducted from the contractor's bill using the current NBR rate which was used for estimation of this work. All other conditions as mentioned in TDS & PCC of e-tender document must be fulfilled.The contractor must have experience in institution & commission 1250KVA Substation.The procuring entity have right to receive or reject any part or the entire tender.All tenderer are Eligible except Israel.
