Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : This invitation for Tender is open to all Eligible Tenderers as Mentioned below:(A) Reputed contractors/construction firms who have minimum 5 (five) years of general experience in Construction works.(B) Having experience in successfully completion/execution of at least 1 (one) number of similar nature of work worth not less than Tk. 250000 (Two lac and fifty thousand) only in a single work order in Government/ Semi Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 5 (five) years.(C) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 350000 (Three lac and fifty thousand) during the last [5 (five)] years. Payment certificates of work contract in progress or completed under public sector must be submitted along with tender in support of avrage annual construction turnover.(D) The minimum amount of Liquid Assets i.e. working capital or credit Line(s) of the tenderer shall be Tk 100000 (One lac) only, supported by Bank certificate (Form e-PW2A-8).(E) The minimum Tender capacity will be 250000 (Two lac and fifty thousand)(F) Valid trade, TIN, BIN, NID, A Certificate of ownership of the company, Audit report past 2 years.(G) The procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject all the tenders and no claims will be accepted in this regard.(H) Any other rules described in PPR-2025 and STD.
