Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : (a) The minimum number of years of General Experience of the tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Sub-contractor or Management Contractor Shall be 5 (Five) years.(b) The minimum experience as a prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in the successful completion of Similar Nature works of minimum BDT 24.00 (Twenty Four) Lac in a single contract within the last 5(five) years in any Government / Semi-Government / Autonomous organization of Bangladesh.(c) The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 5 (five) financial years of BDT 18 (Eighteen) Lac. Payment certificates for contracts in progress or completed under the public sector must be submitted along with tender in support of construction turnover.(d) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderers shall be BDT 35 (Thirty five) Lac in the form PW3-7 (Failing to submit in form PW3-7 will make the tenderer non-responsive).(e) The minimum tender capacity shall be BDT 26.00 (Twenty Six) Lac To Calculate Tender Capacity, the Tenderer must be submitted list of ongoing works under any public sector and existing commitments must be mentioned.(f) Tenderer's having quoted the tender price more than 10 (Ten) percent above or below the official estimated cost, shall be rejected.(g) Other required eligibility and conditions of the tenderer are shown in the Tender Data Sheet & Particular Conditions of Contract (PCC) of tender documents.(h) i) Up-to-date trade license. ii) valid VAT Registration certificate. iii) Up-to-date TIN certificate. iv) List of Equipment and key Personnel. All other conditions as mentioned in e-TDS, PCC & Section-6 of e-tender document must be fulfilled.
