Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : a) Tenderers must be enlisted as first class contractor of any Government/Semi- Government organization in Bangladesh. b) The tenderer shall have minimum 03 (three) years of general experience in construction/repair works. c) The tenderer must have satisfactory completion certificate of at least one similar work (building repair/renovation/civil works) amounting minimum Tk 5.00 (Five) Lakh under a single contract within the last 05 (Five) years, issued by an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent. d) Tenderer must have up-to-date Income Tax clearance certificate, VAT registration certificate and valid Trade License. e) Average annual construction turnover for the last 3 (three) years shall be minimum Tk 5.00 (Five) Lakh. f) The minimum amount of liquid assets / working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk 10.0 (Ten) Lac, supported by bank certificate. g) Tenderer shall have necessary equipment, manpower and materials to complete the work properly. h) The tenderer must not be blacklisted by any Government/Semi-Government organization. i) Tenderer shall submit all required documents mentioned in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS), otherwise the tender may be rejected.
