Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in Any Business Works as Prime Contractor shall be 5 years.b) A satisfactory completion of similar works as a Prime Contractor of at least 1 (one) Construction in a single contract within the last 5 (Five) years of a value of at least Tk. 1.00 (One) lac in any Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh.c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 1.5 (One Point Five) Lac over the last 5 (Five) years in any Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT.d) The Tenderer must have a minimum liquid assets/credit facilities (in the PW28-8 Form Published by BPPA) of Tk. 1.00 (One) Lace) The Tenderer must have up-to-date Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate, up-to-date income Tax Clearance Certificatef) Minimum Tender Capacity shall be Tk. 1 (One) lac. The Tenderer mustsubmit Tender Capacity Calculation sheet.g) VAT shall be deducted from the contractor's bill using the current NBR rate h).
