Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1.Tenderer must be competent in terms of legal, financial and technical qualifications as mentioned details in the TDS.2.The minimum number of 5 years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Sub contractor or Management Contractor shall be 05 years.3.The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction of at least 1(one) contract of similar nature works successfully completed within the last 5 yrs, each with a value of at least BDT 31.00 Lacs in a single work order/tender in Government/ Semi Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh in standard work completion format attached in eTD.4.The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than BDT 44.00 Lacs in the last 5 yrs.5.The minimum amount of liquid assets in the form of line of credit as mentioned shall be BDT 22.00 Lacs.6. The minimum Tender Capacity shall be BDT 33.0 Lacs.7.The Tenderer must submit with Tender:a. Up-To-Date Trade License, ABC License ,Income Tax Clearance Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate.
