Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : (a) General experience: -The minimum number of years of general experience in the construction works shall be 05(Five) years; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.(b) Specific experience: Having Experience in successful completion of at least 1 (one) number Repair and renovation works / RCC Building Construction Works of Tk. 200.00 (Two Hundred) lac in a single contract in Government / Semi-Government / Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 05 (five) years.(c) Minimum average annual construction turnover: The tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover of Tk. 250.00 (Two Hundred and Fifty) lac during the last 5(five) years. Payment certificate for contracts in progress or completed under public sector must be submitted along with tender in support of average annual construction turnover.(d) Tender capacity: The minimum capacity shall be: Tk 220.00 (Two Hundred and Twenty) Lac.(e) Liquid asset requirement: The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk 150.00 (One Hundred and Fifty) Lac. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender. Letter of Commitment for Bank-s Undertaking for Line of Credit as per form PW2a-3 of Tender and Contract forms section must be submitted for this purpose.(f) Up-to dated Trade License, Income Tax Clearance and VAT Registration Certificate.(g) All other qualification criteria will be as per TDS, Section 8 and ITT included in this tender.
