Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. To Submit e-Tender, All Eligible Contractor who are registered in the National e-GP portal system.2. The minimum amount of liquidassets i.e. working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be 9.00 (Nine) Lac. The liquid asset certificate issued before IFT will not be considered for Evaluation. The Liquid asset certificate will be checked by the Procuring Entity.3. Similar nature of works means completion of building structure/Repair of Building work valued Tk. 10 (Ten ) Lac in a single Contract under Public fund. This is to be Supported by work order/ NOA and completion certificate. Private works or works done by any Developer or Real Estate Company will not be considered.4. The Required Average annual Contruction turnover Shallbe Minimum Tk. 10.00 (Ten) Lac over the period of last 05 (Five) years.i.e. years counting backward from the date of Publication of IFT in the News Paper. Average annual Construction turnover,i.e total certified payments received for contractors in progress or completed under the Public Sector shall only be considered. Private works shall not be considered.5. The minimum Tender Capcity shall be 10.00 (Ten) Lac.6. Up to date Trade License, VAT registration certificate, TIN and National ID card.7. The Procuring Entity reserves the right to reject all Tenders prior to acceptance without assigning any reasons thereof.8. Others eligibility remain as per TDS
