Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. General Experience:The Bidder must have construction related experience under contracts in the role of prime contractor (single entity or JV member), Subcontractor in the power sector for at least 10 (Ten) years prior to the Bid submission deadline.Evidence of above experience shall be submitted in the bid which will be in the user-s respective letterhead stationery indicating address, telephone of the user and shall include Name of the project, Name of the Employer, Description of works. 2. Specific Experience:Participation as Contractor at least 1(one) similar contract with minimum value of BDT 3.0 (three) crore or equivalent that have been successfully completed within last 5 (Five) years prior to the Bid submission deadline.The scope of this referenced contract must include the activities of Untanking, Tanking, Repair, Transportation, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 132/33 kV or higher voltage rated Transformer. 3. Financial Situation: Average Annual Turnover Minimum of BDT 4 (Four) crore calculated as total certified payments received for contracts in progress or completed, for the best 2 years over the last 3 (three) years. 4. Financial Resource:The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be BDT 2.5 (two point five) crore.
