  Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in Any BusinessWorks as Prime Contractor shall be 5 years.b) A satisfactory completion of similar works as a Prime Contractor of at least 1 (one) Construction in a single contract within the last 5 (Five) years of a value of at least Tk.2.50 (Two Point Five) lac in any Government/Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh.c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 7.50 (Three Point Five) Lac over the last 5(Five) years in any Government/Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT.d) The Tenderer must have a minimum liquid assets/credit facilities (in the PW2a-8 Form Published by BPPA) of Tk. 2.50 (Two Point Five) Lac.e) The Tenderer must have up-to-date Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate, up-to-dateIncome Tax Clearance Certificate.f) Minimum Tender Capacity shall be Tk. 3.5 (Three point Five) lac. The Tenderer must submitTender Capacity Calculation sheet.g) VAT shall be deducted from the contractor's bill using the current NBR rate.h). All other conditions as mentioned in TDS & PCC of e-tender document must be fulfilled.
