Eligibility of Tenderer : a. Tenderer must be competent in terms of legal, financial and technical qualifications as mentioned details in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS).b. The Tenderer must enclose with Tender :(i) Valid Trade License(ii) Up-to-date Income Tax Certificate(iii) Valid VAT Registration Certificate(iv) Up-to-date ABC & Supervisory Licence.c. (i) A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk 25.00(Twenty five) lac under [one] of contract(s) over a period of [5] years shall be required.ii) The required average annual Electrical works, Electrical machinery, apparatus and equipmen turnover shall be greater than Tk 33.00(Thirty three) Lacs over the last [5] years.(iii) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 27.00(Twenty seven ) Lacs.(iv) The minimum Tender Capacity shall be : 20.00(Twenty) Lacs.d. The Tender security must be enclosed in the form of Pay Order or Bank Draft duly pledged in favor of the Patuakhali Science & Technology University (PSTU),Dumki, Patuakhali, from any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh.e.
