Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 01.The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works shall be 05 (Five) Years.02. A satisfactory completion of similar works (repair and maintenance work on an annual basis) under Govt. / Semi Govt. / Autonomous organization amounting not less than taka eleven lac (11,00,000/-) only as a prime contractor in a single contract / work order within last Five (05) years shall be required. Work order and satisfactory completion certificate shall have to be enclosed. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP.03. The required average annual turnover shall be greater than at least taka ten lac (10,00,000/-) only over the last three (03) years.04. The minimum amount of liquid assets or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be taka taka ten lac (10,00,000/-) only which shall be supported by bank statement and the statement will not before tender publication date in the e-GP portal. Tenderer those who will submit credit facilities from the bank, they should submit Letter of Commitment for Bank's Undertaking for Line of Credit (Form PW3-7).05. The Tenderers whose trade license valid (2024-2025), only they are eligible to submit bids for this tender.06. The Tenderer shall have legal capacity to enter into the Contract.07. Joint Venture/Consortium shall not be eligible for this Tender.08. All other Terms & Conditions are available in the Tender Document.09. Payment certificate and work completion certificate will be considered for calculating turn over.
