  Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : a. Tenderer must be competent in terms of legal, financial and technical qualifications as mentioned details in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS).b. The Tenderer must enclose with Tender :(i) Valid Trade License(ii) Up-to-date Income Tax Certificate(iii) Valid VAT Registration Certificatec. (i) A satisfactory completion of similar nature of works at least Tk 5.50(Five point five) Lac under [one] of contract(s) over a period of [5] years shall be required.ii) The required average annual Turnover shall be greater than Tk30.00(Thirty) Lac over the last [5] years.(iii) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 11.00(Eleven) Lac(iv) The minimum Tender Capacity shall be : 8.00(Eight) Lacs.d.
