Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : a) The minimum of 05 years of general experience of the Tenderer in the civil construction works as a Contractor shall be 03 (Three) years counting backward from the date of publication of tender notice.b) The minimum specific experience as a Contractor in construction works of at least 01(one) contract(s) of similar nature of civil construction works successfully completed within the last 05 (five) calendar years, counting backward from the date of publication of tender notice, each with a contract value of at least BDT 20 (Twenty) Lacs.c)The Experience must be supported by Performance Certificate (Along with copy of NOA & Agreement of Contract Signing) of those satisfactory completed supply from Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous Organization.d) Updated (2024) Trade Licence, vat registration and Income tax certificate.e) Annual audit report from a recognized Chartered Accounted firm for the last 3 (three) years.f) Average annual volume of construction turn over shall be minimum Tk 23,00,000 over the last 3 (Three) years .g) Liquid assets/availability of funds and/or credit facilities from bidder's banker(s) at least Tk 22,00,000 .h) Tenderer shall under no circumstances assign the works or any part of it to the subcontractor(s).i)Tenderer must have eligibility and conformity of Materials, Equipments, Manpower and Services, National ID (NID), Authorization letter.j) For more than one contract signing liquid money must be the sum of liquidity of thoseindividual tenders.k) The tenderer must submit the detailed certified information about the manpower which will be engaged for this work.l)As per Tender Data Sheet.
