Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 05 years.A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk 2.5 Crore under 01 of contract over a period of 05 years shall be required, years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper. The above contract must include Repair, Maintenance, Testing & Commissioning work of 132/33 kV , 64 MVA or higher capacity power transformer. The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk 5,00,00,000/- over the last 03 financial years.The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk 1,80,00,000/-.The minimum capacity shall be Tk. 3,00,00,000/-.If the tenderer /Contractor fails to complete the work/supply after being awarded, the tenderer /Contractor shall be debarred from participating any tender invited by Power Grid Bangladesh PLC as main contractor/venture partner for next 03 (Three) years.
