  Brief Description of assignment : Rent a microbus on daily basis.
  Experience, Resources and delivery capacity required : 1. The driver must be appointed by the owner/organization.2. The vehicle owner/organization will have to bear the fuel costs of the vehicle, the driver's salary, and all other expenses.3. The vehicle will be used from 07:00 AM to 09:30 PM. However, the vehicle may be used for urgent official needs on public holidays.4. Must have at least 03 (three) years of experience in providing vehicles to government/private offices on a rental basis.5. If the vehicle with the required driver is not delivered within the stipulated time, the order will be considered cancelled and the deposit will be forfeited.6. The supplier will have to submit a bill including VAT along with the proposed price. Income tax and VAT will be deducted from the bill at the rate determined by the government.
  Other details (if applicable) : The bidder must attach the following documents with the tender:1. Updated trade license, TIN and income tax payment certificate must be submitted.2. Ownership of the car supplier or contract of the original owner of the car supplier company. However, cars jointly owned with the bank will not be accepted.
