Eligibility of Tenderer : The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 10 (ten) years.The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 1 (one) contract of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 3 (three) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 4.50 Crore; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.(a) In case of the work done under PWD, Certifying and authentication authority shall be the concerned minimum Executive Engineer, (b) In case of the work done under any Government/Semi-Government and Autonomous organization other than PWD the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank or Executive Engineer.The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 30 (thirty) Crore within last 05 (five) years. Payment certificate of last 05 (five) years have to be submitted.The tenderer must have ABC Category and Supervisory License issued from Electricity Licensing Board.The amount of the Tender Security of Bank Guarantee/ Pay order/DD from any Schedule bank of Bangladesh in favour of "Registrar, National University."Having up to date Income Tax Clearance Certificate, Three years audit report, TIN Certificate, up to date Trade License Certificate and VAT Registration Certificate with BIN number.Others eligibility criteria as mentioned in e-TDS, PCC & Others part of e-tender document must be fulfilled.
