Project Name : Renovation and repair of record rooms in the office of the Deputy Commissioner
Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1) The minimum number of years of general experience of the tenderer in the construction works as prime contractor or sub-contractor shall be 05 (Five) years.2) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor in construction works of at least 1 contract successfully completed within the last 5 years of value of at least Tk 30.00 (Thirty)lac. The contract(s) must have been completed under Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous organization of Bangladesh3) The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover Tk.25.00 (Twenty Five) lac over the last 5 (five) financial Year. Payment certificates of works contract in progress or completed under public sector must be submitted along with tender in support of average annual construction turnover.4) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit facilities as PW2a-3 format of the Tenderers shall be Tk. 25.00(Twenty Five) lac.5) The minimum tender capacity shall be 35.00(Thirty Five) lac.
