  Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the tenderer in the construction works/Renovation works as prime contractors shall be 5 (five) years. Years counting backward from the publication of IFT in e-GP portal.2.The minimum specific experience as a prime contractor in construction works/Renovation works of at least one contract of similar nature building works/Renovation works with a value at least Tk. 20.00 (Twenty point zero zero) lacs in a single contract. 3. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk. 30.00 (Thirty) lacs.4. The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk. 54.00 (fifty four) lacs over the last 5 years.5. The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk. 21.00 (Twenty one) lacs.6. The Tenderer must possess: i) Up to date trade license. ii) Valid VAT Registration certificate. iii) Up to date income tax clearance certificate 7.
