Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : This invitation for tender is open to all eligible tenderers as mentioned below :Tenderer shall have minimum 5 (five) years of general experience in building Construction works (time will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP system)Tenderer shall have experience in successfully completion of at least one number building construction works worth not less than Tk 20 lakh only in a single work order in Government / Semi-Government/ Autonomous Bodies/ Organization of Bangladesh during last 5 (five) years. (time will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP system)The required average annual construction turn over must be greater than Tk. 45 Lakh only during last 5 (five) years. Necessary supporting documents shall be submitted with the tender. Any estimated cost or contract value will not be considered to calculate Average Annual Construction Turnover. The tenderder must have a minimum amount of free funds (liquid Assets) /Credit facilities, working capital Tk. 25 Lakh only.The tenderder must have updated VAT(13 digit), IT, Trade License.
