Project Name : Basic Self Defense project for the Youth
Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : a) Reputed Contractor firms who have minimum 3 (Three) years of general experience in any kind of construction works works from a Government or Autonomous organization are eligible to apply in this tender. The 3 years time will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT.b) The Tenderer must have to submit up to date Trade License, Updated Income tax clearance certificate, VAT registration certificate, previous trade license (if required) & NID along with the Tender.c) The Experience certificate of the successfully completed similar assignments shall be issued by the authority who has concluded the contract.d) The experience certificate of last 3(Three) years must be submitted along with the tender. Only the completion certificate will be accepted.e) If any falsified documents are submitted along with the tender and found incorrect then strict actions will be taken against those tenderer.f) The renovation work will be carried out in BKSP Regional Training Centre Rajshahi, Barishal and Khulna. The tenderer shall be capable to initiate all works simultaneously.g) Other eligibility criteria will be imposed as per TDS, PPA-2006 and PPR-2025 with latest amendment.h) The Head of Procuring Entity (HOPE) reserves the right to reject all Tenders or annul the Tender proceedings.
