Eligibility of Tenderer : Minimum number of years of general experience of bidder in the field of electric installation & 11/0.415KV substation with BBT as electric contractor shall not be less than 10 (ten) years.Past experience in last 10(ten) years as electric contractor of supply, inst., commissioning of at least 1 (one) project having 1000KVA, 11/0.415KV substation with BBT Riser of cost Tk. 5.50 Crore in commercial/Industrial/hospital/govt./semi-govt/Bank/ BIMA etc.Bidder must have similar past experience in renovation & up-gradation of existing 11/0.415KV, 50Hz, sub-station i/c supply, inst. & commissioning of new substation with BBT of 10-storied building (running office) of commercial/ Industrial/ govt./semi-govt/ Bank/BIMA. Required average annual turnover shall be greater than Tk. 6.00 (Six) Crore over the last 5-years.Financially solvent & Minimum amount of liquid asset/credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 6.00 (Six) Crore.Having valid Trade License, up-to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificate & VAT registration Certificate and ABC Contractory & Supervisory License.Tenderer must have valid agency certificate from manufacturer/local agent in Bangladesh to offer the offered brand and Origin.Work completion certificate must be issued by an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer.Authorization letter from manufacturer/local agent 2-years warrantee & guaranty of imported items. 12 (twelve) months defects liability period Declaration of Source of Origin of Imported items like Transformer, BBT, DB Boards & Diesel Gen. with ATS, Engine & Alternator etcMust comply TDS, GCC, BOQ & specification.
