Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the field of electrical installation & 11/0.415KV substation with BBT & Diesel Generator set as Specialist Contractor shall not be less than 10 (ten) years.The Tenderer shall have experience, within the last 10 (ten) years of supply, installation, testing, commissioning & maintenance of at least 1(one) project having 1000KVA, 11/0.415KV substation with BBT Riser of cost TK5.5 Crore in commerciall/govt./semi-govt/Bank/BIMA etc.The Tenderer shall have similar past experience in renovation & up-gradation of existing 11/0.415KV, 50Hz, sub-station i/c supply, installation, testing & commissioning of new sub-station with BBT system & Diesel Gen. set of 10-storied building of commercial/govt./semi-govt/BANK/BIMA etc.The required average annual turnover shall be greater than Tk. 6 (Six) Crore over the last 5-years.The minimum amount of liquid assets or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 6 (Six) Crore.Having valid Trade License, upto-date Income Tax clearance Certificate & VAT Registration Certificate.Having valid ABC Contractory & Supervisory license.Financially solvent & must be capable of enjoying credit facilities from Bank.The Tenderer must have valid agency certificate from manufactures/local agent to offer the offered brand and Origin.Work completion certificate must be issued by an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer.Authorization letter from manufacturer/local agentDeclaration of the Source of Origin of Imported items like Power Transformer, BBT system, DB Boards & Diesel Generator set with ATS, Engine, Alternator, Load Test report etc.ISO Certificate of the Manufacturer.
