    Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : Eligible contractors shall have:The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 05 (Five) years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP Portal.The minimum Specific Experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 1 (One) contract of building construction or similar works with a value of at least BDT 2.00 (Two) Crore only successfully completed in any Government / Semi-Government / Autonomous organization of Bangladesh within the last 5 (Five) years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP Portal.The required average annual construction turnover shall be BDT 40.00 (Forty) Crore only in the best three (3) years over the last five (5) years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-gp Portal.The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be BDT 2.50 (Two Point Five Zero) Crore Only.The minimum Tender capacity shall be BDT 2.25 (Two Point Two Five) Crore Only.The Tenderer shall submit updated Trade License, Income Tax Clearance Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate and other necessary documents.Tenderer are requested to go through all instructions, sample papers and drawings attached in General Specifications (Section-7), Particular Specification (Section-8) and Drawings (Section-9) accordingly
