Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 05 (Five) years.2. The Tendered shall have specific experience in Renovotion Works in any Govt. or Semi-Govt. organization or similar works At least 02 no-s contract successfully completed to last 05 years each with a value of at least 50,00,000.00 (Fifty Lakh) taka and certification of successfully Completion.3. The required average annual turnover shall be greater than Tk 55,00,000.00 (Fifty-five Lakh taka)] over the best 02 years in the last 05 years4. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderers shall be Tk 50,00,000.00 (Fifty Lakh taka).5. The minimum capacity shall be 50,00,000.00 (Fifty Lakh taka).6. Up to date Trade License, VAT registration certificate, income tax return certificate, Bank solvency certificate, previous work completion certificate.
