Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 01. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be 05 (Five) years.02. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in construction works of at least 01 (One) contract(s) of similar nature successfully completed within the last 5 (five) years, each with a value of at least BDT. 70,00,000/- (Seventy Lakh) only under any govt., semi Govt. & Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh.03. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than BDT. 85,00,000/- (Eighty Five Lakh) only over the last 5 (five) years.04. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e credit line(s) of the Tenderers shall be BDT. 45,00,000/- (Forty Five Lakh) only.05. Proper VAT Registrations Certificate as a Construction Firm.06. Up to date enlisted contractors certificate from PWD or any other organization and Up to date Income tax clearance Certificate.07. There should be adequate (as specified in TDS) construction machinery/equipment, centering-shuttering and manpower including engineer capacity to execute the work on time.08. Satisfactory other criteria laid down in the tender data sheet and additional terms and conditions of the tender documents.
