Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor shall be 3 (Three) years. [years counting backwards from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper]2. The Tenderers Have specific experience in completing at least 1 (one) number of Civil Construction Works Amounting to a Minimum Tk. 33 (Thirty-three) lakh in a Single Tender in Govt bodies of Bangladesh during the last 3 (Three) years and those are Certified by End User. [years counting backwards from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper]3. Minimum average annual construction turnover shall be BDT 40 (Forty) Lakh in the last 3 (Three) years which shall be supported by Completion/Payment Certificates or Audit Reports.4. The Tenderer shall have a minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital [steady balance for the last 6 months] or credit facility issued by any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh mentioning the Tender Invitation Number, Name of the Tender, Name of the Procuring Entity and Amount not less than BDT 40 (Forty) Lakh. Tenderer-s Financial Institute is advised to use Form PW2a-3 prescribed in the Standard Tender Document PW2a.5. The minimum capacity shall be Tk 37,50,000.00 (Thirty-seven lakh Fifty thousand).6.
