Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : This invitation for tender is open to all eligible tenderers as mentioned below :1.Reputed Government approved contractors firms who have minimum [03 ( Three)] years of general experience in electrification works.2.Having experience in successfully completion/execution of at least 01(one) number of similar nature of overhead electrification works worth not less than Tk 10.00 (Ten) Lakh only in a single work order in Government/ SemiGovernment/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 03 ( Three) years.3.The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 15.00 (Fifteen) Lakh over the last 02 ( Three) years.4.The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or Bank Guarantee for Tender Security (Form e-PW2-7) or Credit Lines as per Form e-PW2-8 of the Tenderer shall be Tk 15.00 (Fifteen) Lakh5.Tenderer must have up-to-date ABC Category Contractory & Electrical Supervisory License from Bangladesh Electrical Licensing Board.6. The Tenderer must have Income Tax Clearance Certificate (2023-2024).7. The Tenderer must have TIN, VAT/BIN Registration Certificate.8. The Tenderer must have valid Trade License (2025-2026)9. All other conditions as mentioned in (Section-2 & Section-4) of tender documents must be fulfilled.10. No JVCA is allowed.
