Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the Interior Design as Prime Contractor shall be 5 years. All necessary papers about all Work shall be submitted along with the tender.2. The invitation of Tender is open for only Renovation the infrastructure, Civil Work in any govt./semi. govt./Autonomous body.3. The average annual construction turnover under the public sector as specified in the TDS during the period specified in the TDS;The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than BDT 2,10,00,000.00 over the last 5 (Five) years.4. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor Renovation the infrastructure works of at least 1 (one) contract of similar successfully completed within the last 5 (years), with a value of at least Tk- 1,32,00,000.00 BDT5. The minimum amount of credit facilities/liquid Asset of the tenderer shall be Tk- 81,88,000.00 BDT6. The Tenderer shall submit with its Tender the following additional documents:i) UpdateTrade License.ii) VAT Registration.iii) Update TIN Number.iv) Nationality Certificate.v) Business Address.*** Tenderer will be selected as non-responsive/debar for submission of any fake documents.
