Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be three (3) years.b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in construction works under public sector of at least one (1) contract of similar nature, complexity and methods/ construction technology to the proposed Works (Renovation/ Interior works of Dormitory building, Rest House, Office Building, Residential Building etc.) to be completed successfully within the last five (5) years, with a value of at least Tk. One point Six Zero (1.60) Crore.c) The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk. Three (3.00) Crore over best three (03) years in the last five (05) financial years.d) The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk One (1.00) Crore.e) The minimum Tender Capacity shall be: Tk. Two (2.00) Crore.
