Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be 05 years.b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in Civil Construction/Repair works of at least 01 (One) contract(s) of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 05 years, each with a value of at least Tk. 60,00,000/- (Sixty Lac only) in Government / Semi-government / Autonomous Organisation.c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 2,00,00,000/- (Two Crore only) over the last 3 years.d) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk. 40,00,000/- (Forty Lac only)e) The Tenderer should have satisfactory resolution of all claims, arbitrations or other litigation cases.f) The minimum tender capacity shall be: 80,00,000/- (Eighty Lac only)
